The CW has released The Flash Season 3 midseason premiere trailer. Instead of traveling back in time, Barry is now traveling into the future… This motherfucker just doesn’t learn. Spoilers ahead for The Flash Season 3 episode 10, “Borrowing Problems From The Future.”
Barry and the team are trying to pinpoint everything that happened before Savitar kills Iris five months from now. Barry believes that if he can change the sequence of events before her death, the future will change too. “We can prove that we can alter the future,” Barry says to Wally, who appears to be a large part of the upcoming episode. Looks like Joe is officially done being a worrywart now that Iris is going to die (good timing, Joe).
Yesterday, showrunner Aaron Helbing warned fans in TV Line’s spoiler column not to assume Iris death is part of Savitar’s prophecy. “The future is malleable. Anything can happen," he said.
