This week has brought a ton of information about The Flash and Supergirl musical crossover starring Music Meister, including set photos and tidbits about the musical performances. Firstly, set photos provide us with our first look at Daniel Criss (Glee) as Music Meister. He’s previously worked with Grant Gustin and Melissa Benoist on Glee, though Supergirl and The Flash aren’t present in the following set photos.

Photos show Martian Manhunter suited up with Vibe and Kid Flash in the snow. Check out Vibe’s boots and Wally’s long hair! It will be interesting to see if Martian Manhunter’s telepathic powers can block out Music Meister’s mesmerizing songs. There’s also no sign of Jeremy Jordan, John Barrowman, Chris Wood, Jesse L. Martin or Victor Garber, all confirmed to appear in the episode.

Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, writers behind “City of Stars” from the Oscar-nominated and Golden Globe winning film La La Land , have penned one of the original songs. Called “Runnin’ Home to You,” Grant Gustin will reportedly perform the song.

The second song we know of so far is called “Superfriends,” written by Crazy Ex-Girlfriend star and executive producer Rachel Bloom and Robot Chicken’ s Tom Root. Bloom also described it as a “comedy song” to Buzzfeed, which aligns with the tone of the Music Meister episode from Batman: The Brave and the Bold.

The crossover, titled “Duet,” is set to air Monday, March 20 and Tuesday, March 21 at 8 p.m. EST.
