Forspoken, the upcoming RPG by the Final Fantasy XV developer, is only a week away. After multiple delays, the game will finally arrive on PlayStation 5 and PC on January 24. However, some players are enjoying the PS5 demo that was recently released.
The developer announced on Twitter that the said demo will be improved with the following changes:
- Button mapping functionality has been added.
- Locked on enemies will remain locked longer when moving off screen.
- Certain text sizes have been adjusted.
- Various technical issues have been fixed.
Thankfully, for PC players, the post also revealed the system requirements. I think it’s safe to say that Forspoken is one hardware-heavy game.

To run the game at 720p at 30 FPS, players should have either a Radeon RX 5500 XT 8 GB or a GeForce GTX 1060 as GPU, and 16 GB of RAM alongside 150 GB of free storage space. The complete requirements are mentioned below.

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (3.7 GHz or better)/Intel Core i7-3770 (3.7 GHz or better)

- Display resolution: 720p 30 FPS
- HDD/SSD space: HDD 150 GB or more

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5800X (3.8 GHz or better) Intel Core i7-12700
- Video Card: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT 16 GB/NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 16 GB VRAM
- Memory: 32 GB
- Display Resolution: 2160p 60 FPS
- HDD/SSD: NVMe SSD 150 GB or more
