However, developer The Coalition did confirm that the game will be getting a visual treatment and a next-gen upgrade for the Xbox Series X/S. To begin with, Gears 5 will be capable of running at 120 FPS in the multiplayer modes. Fans can also choose to enjoy the game at 4K resolution and 60FPS.
