We've heard rumors about the GTA 5 Bikers DLC since July, but Rockstar finally confirmed the update on Tuesday. According to the Rockstar Newswire, the upcoming Bikers DLC is the next big addition to GTA Online and will deliver new features including the ability for players to form and lead their own Motorcycle Club.
From Club President to fresh Prospects, Motorcycle Clubs allow up to eight members for new competitive and co-op gameplay. The update also introduces a new property, an MC Clubhouse with a special custom Biker mechanic, as well as new locations to make business deals. In fact, Motorcycle Clubs will contend against the likes of black-collar CEOs from "Executives and Other Criminals" and kingpins from "Finance and Felony" if they want to expand their foothold in Los Santos and Blaine County.
Of course, Rockstar also announced the new GTA 5 Biker DLC will deliver some new motorcycles and new races, as well as new weapons, tattoos, clothes and more. Rockstar didn't delve into the specifics, but thankfully, a picture can tell a thousand words:
The Zombie chopper from GTA 4 The Lost and Damned expansion finally returns to GTA Online. The dual-headlight motorcycle is known for its gigantic dimensions and is easily one of the biggest bikes available in the game. How big is it? Well, take a closer look at the candy orange Zombie chopper. Do you see a purple motorcycle hiding behind it? That looks to also be a possible new bike for GTA 5 Biker DLC, but it's difficult to tell for sure.
Other details seen in the screenshot are the new accessories. Back to the orange Zombie, a red livery can also be seen on the mud guard and fuel tank. The orange Zombie features a new wheel design as well, which has spokes that look like blades inside a red rim. Along with the wheels, it looks like the color of the brake rotors can be modified as well. Next, The Zombie motorcycle closest to us features a new wheel with thin spokes and a similar two-tone color scheme with a red rim. Finally, a bike much farther down the row also looks to have a red rim around darker spokes. Two-tone wheels is likely be a popular option in the Biker DLC.
As for apparel, the rider on the orange Zombie seems to have on some fancy threads to match his fancy bike – note the spiky bracelet on his right wrist and a sleeveless jacket. The rider to his right that is sitting on the Daemon looks like he's wearing a new leather jacket. Another rider farther down the row looks to be wearing a blacked-out German war helmet with a black bandana over his mouth.
The second picture from the Rockstar newswire looks to be a screenshot from inside the MC Clubhouse. First thing we notice is the leather vest with a clubs logo with a scull and crossbones inside. The character also features new tattoo designs, including a full sleeve on his right arm.
Inside, there's a bunch of people wearing nothing but a hairnet and their underwear, presumably working on some very potent drugs. It's almost an homage to the Walter White character from Breaking Bad, who hung his "good clothes" outside the RV so that he doesn't come home smelling like a meth lab.
The screenshots do not show new weapons or new vehicles, but we can assume we'll see them in the update. Are there any details we missed from the GTA 5 Biker DLC screenshots that's worth mentioning? Let us know in the comment section below!
