GTA Online is having a full week of double RP and GTA$ to celebrate the new In And Out Adversary mode Rockstar

GTA Online will be having a Double GTA$ and RP week starting right now and going until May 5. The reason for the week-long celebration is for the addition of the newest Adversary mode, coming May 3.

The new mode, called In and Out, is a take on Capture the Flag. In this mode, one team plays as a group of defenders, protecting eight contraband packages. The other team plays as infiltrators, and must break in and steal all of them away.

To earn the double rewards, players must play on specific playlists. The schedule is as follows:

  • Friday April 29th & Saturday April 30th - Adversary Mode Playlist 1

    • feat. Hunting Pack, Relay & Offense Defense

  • Sunday May 1st & Monday May 2nd - Adversary Mode Playlist 2

    • feat. Hasta La Vista, Every Bullet Counts & Keep the Pace

  • Tuesday May 3rd through Thursday May 5th - In and Out Playlist

    • feat. all 3 maps of In and Out

Ammu-nation will also be having a sale throughout the week on various items. The discounts can be seen below:

  • Grenades - 20%

  • Sticky Bombs - 20%

  • Assault Rifle Mods - 25%

  • Combat MG - 25%

  • SMG Ammo - 50%

As for new content coming to GTA Online, the usual sources have been pretty quiet on the subject. Either Rockstar has finally learned how to make new updates without anything getting leaked, or there’s not much coming. Hopefully it is the former.

Another possible theory is that the development team has instead been focused on making single-player DLC. We know that Rockstar’s publisher, Take-Two, is planning a large E3 presence this year, and many have taken this as a Red Dead Redemption sequel confirmation. It could also be GTA V related as well. That would certainly be a large E3 presence.

Additionally, we’ve seen multiple voice actor teases regarding single-player DLC. Either these guys have nothing better to do than troll their fanbases, or something is in the works. Again, this is a theory and should not be taken as fact.

So what do you think? Are you excited to try out this new Adversary mode? Would you rather see new GTA Online content or single-player DLC? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
