God of War Ragnarok became a massive success following its release. In fact, it easily became one of the most-rated games of 2022, not to mention the deluge of awards it received. Now, a fan of the PlayStation-exclusive title has found a very helpful trick after playing the game for at least 35 hours.
Most God of War Ragnarok fans will agree that the game has various details beautifully hidden throughout the in-game world. For example, there is a fascinating detail hinting at a huge twist in the game’s story and notable characters. Recently, after playing the game for 35 hours, one fan shared a really interesting trick that others can find really useful.
The Redditor claims that not only can Kratos heal fully but he can also fill his rage meter without too much effort. Basically, Kratos can regain both HP and rage entirely by simply activating a mystic gateway. Keep in mind that a gateway is meant for traveling between the nine realms in the game.
The trick is without a doubt incredibly useful as users would usually find themselves low either in HP or rage after a big boss fight in God of War Ragnarok. They can now continue exploring the massive game world without having to worry about dying. While there is more to the game than just surviving, having such leverage really comes in handy.
Other fans noted that they too often use this trick in their playthrough. It is even particularly useful for those who want to try the Give Me God of War difficulty. Some also use it to help fight exasperating Berserker boss battles.
God of War Ragnarok has since been a huge success for Sony Interactive Entertainment. The studio sold 5.1 million units just within the first week of the critically acclaimed game’s release, making it the fastest-selling first-party launch by PlayStation.
God of War Ragnarok is the final iteration in the Norse saga of Sony’s long-running franchise. The developers at the Santa Monica Studio wanted to extend Kratos’ adventures into a trilogy, but they eventually decided otherwise.
God of War Ragnarok is now available on PS4 and PS5.
