When will the new seasons of Arrow and The Flash be on Netflix? If you’re looking to get current with Arrow and The Flash before The CW’s fall premieres, you’ll have to wait until the first week of October. Arrow Season 4 and The Flash Season 2 won’t arrive on Netflix until just days before Arrow Season 5 and The Flash Season 3 premiere, if last year's release schedule is any indication.
If you’re desperate, watch The Flash Season 2 online by paying for each individual episode on Amazon (the same goes for Arrow and Legends). Don’t bother paying for Supergirl Season 1, because the entire season arrives on Netflix Sept. 10 at 3:01 a.m. EDT. That’s plenty of time to catch up before Supergirl Season 2 premieres Oct. 10. Expect to see the first season of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow on Netflix around the same time as the most recent seasons of Arrow and The Flash.
The good news is this won’t be an issue next year. According to previous reports, Warner Bros. struck a deal with Netflix to stream every episode of the upcoming seasons just 8 days after the finale episodes. This applies to all four DC TV shows.
The bad news is The CW’s licensing deal with Netflix comes after the network reportedly cut ties with Hulu, upsetting many fans who expected to be able to stream forthcoming episodes of The Flash, Arrow, Legends and Supergirl just a few hours after they aired.
In the meantime, The Flash Season 1 and Arrow Seasons 1-3 are already available on Netflix.
The Flash returns Oct. 4, Arrow on Oct. 5, Supergirl on Oct. 10 and Legends on Oct. 13.
