League of Legends Patch 12.14 is finally here! This update buffs several champions that have been lackluster in the current meta.
Here, we will focus on the buffs for LeBlanc and Teemo.
LeBlanc
LeBlanc had disappeared like a magic trick since the start of the Durability Update. This is because every champion got tougher to kill, which made assassinations quite impossible, especially in the early game. In this update, the developers gave her some extra damage and better mana to help her lane and get those early leads.
Base Stats
Her base mana and mana growth have increased slightly, helpful in the laning phase. After getting the Lost Chapter, mana will be a lot easier to manage.
- Base Mana: From 334 to 400
- Mana Growth: From 50 to 55
Distortion (W)
LeBlanc’s base damage on Distortion has increased really high at maximum level; this is big for LeBlanc mains. The scaling part remains the same, which should not alter her item builds much.
- Damage: From 75/110/145/180/215 (+60% AP) to 75/115/155/195/235 (+60% AP).
Teemo
The adorable and annoying Teemo has received a small buff in this update. He's got good damage and is a lane bully in lower ELO, yet Durability Update weakened his shrooms at early levels. So, the developers buffed his mushroom power and increased placement range in the early game. The developers also improved his mana cost, so he isn’t limited to placing only a couple of shrooms in the late game.
- Mana Growth: From 20 to 25.
- Placement Range: From 400/650/900 to 600/750/900.
- Damage: From 200/325/450 (+50% AP) to 200/ 325/450 (+55% AP).
- Mana Cost: From 75 Mana to 75/55/35 Mana.
The damage has only increased in terms of scaling. So, getting AP items ahead will turn his shrooms deadly. The mana cost is the same for the first rank of his ultimate. But that goes down starting at the second rank.
Similarly, Alistar, Jarvan IV, Varus, and a few other champions received buffs, and you can read more about them here.
