Patch 12.17 for League of Legends made changes to Stopwatch and its fully built variations.

Stopwatch

Stopwatch has been a powerful item since its launch as it gives the player the ability to go into stasis for 2.5 seconds. In this update, developers increased the price of the Stopwatch by 100 gold. This means players will have to decide when to buy it, such as using it for objectives like drakes or rift heralds. It would be best to save it for the second drake because that's when most champions come online.

  • Cost: From 650 to 750 (Note: Perfect Timing will still only contribute 250 gold towards a Stopwatch item).

Zhonya’s Hourglass

This update made some tweaks to Zhonya’s Hourglass. The price for this fully built item is up by 400 gold, but the ability power and ability haste has increased as well, which should help players fight better.

  • Total Cost: From 2,600 to 3,000.

  • Ability Power: From 65 to 80.

  • Ability Haste: From 10 to 15.

The Seeker’s Armguard component now has 30 ability power instead of 20, which should make it a great item to rush if you want to deal more damage against AD-based champions, thanks to its armor stats. You might delay your power spike if you rush this item, so make sure you get the right timing.

BUG FIXES
  • Fixed a bug that would cause the cursor to move erratically when using smart pings.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the Ancient Grudge Buff (which reduces damage done to subsequent drakes) to not grant damage reduction for every Drake slain if the Drakes were Hextech ones.
  • Fixed a bug that caused Draven’s R execute passive to still execute enemies through spellshields.
  • Fixed a bug where Rift Herald’s spawn animation would interrupt the knockback from Poppy’s R.
  • Fixed a bug that caused Ornn’s item upgrades to be lost if the teammate he was upgrading died during the channel.
  • Fixed a bug that caused Sejuani’s E to proc Tear of the Goddess stacks when a melee champion would walk near her.
  • Fixed a bug that removed Fizz’s E range indicator to not show after his VFX update.
  • Fixed a bug that caused Zeri’s Q animation to leave vision for longer than intended when last hitting minions.
  • Fixed a bug that caused Pyke’ R to go on cooldown if the enemy was killed by another ally.
  • Fixed a bug where champions could cast Flash while Charmed if they casted Heal or Ghost.
