MapleStory revealed more details of their collaboration with BTS. Players can start dressing their characters using outfits designed by the group beginning December 16. It will roll out for players of MapleStory M as well.

BTS, also known as Bangtan Boys, is a seven-member boy band from South Korea that debut in 2013. The group has since been catapulted to worldwide fame with their “Dynamite” single breaking records. The music video was the most viewed premiere, the most viewed video in the first 24 hours of release, and the first to breach 100 million views in less than a day. More importantly, the song debuted number one on the US Billboard Hot 100, becoming the first all-South Korean act to do so. The group has released a follow-up single titled “Life Goes On.” The song’s music video debuted on November 20 and as of this writing, has reached more than 190 million views.
MapleStory remains one of the largest free-to-play and side-scrolling MMORPGs. First released in South Korea back in 2003, it had its North America release in 2005. The game reached at least 180 million users worldwide. MapleStory has players travel to Maple World and defeat monsters while developing the abilities and skills of their characters.
MapleStory M , meanwhile, was released in 2018 that introduced the game on Android and iOS. It has the same immersive storylines, epic boss raids, and customization, which fans have come to love from the franchise. In just 100 days after its launch, the game reached 10 million downloads.
