Nioh 2 might be a great game, however, its PC port definitely isn’t. Well, things have been changing slowly but surely. The developer is improving the game with constant updates and patches and one of those updates was released yesterday, and it brought several improvements to the game.
The PC version finally has keyboard and mouse prompts instead of the default for controllers. The game's performance is now better, especially when the "Effect Quality" is set on "High." Shadows are now enabled in cutscenes even if they are turned off in the game's settings. One big optimization is allowing players to choose the 1366x768 resolution for their monitor with a max resolution of 1360x768. The update also fixed a bug related to fog brightness.
