Overwatch 2, the highly anticipated sequel to the popular hero shooter Overwatch, is now available on all platforms.
The game introduces new heroes into the mix, including the aggressive tank Junker Queen, the highly mobile DPS Sojourn, and the ninja support hero Kiriko.
New features that improve the gameplay experience have been introduced as well. One of the most notable is the new ping system, which allows players to inform their teammates about enemy locations in a non-verbal way.
With the arrival of Overwatch 2, assault maps such as Hanamura, Temple of Anubis, and Volskaya Industries have been removed from rotation in all playlists. Those who like these maps do not have to worry as they’re still available in Custom Games.
Speaking of maps, there are six new maps that players can enjoy in Overwatch 2, including Queen Street, Circuit Royal, Midtown, Colosseo, Esperança, and Paraíso.
