Nintendo is spoiling its fans lately, as we have two Directs incoming: one for the bigger E3 stage on June 11, where we can expect the newest games for the Switch to be announced; and a smaller, more immediate one, this time focusing on what is probably their most popular franchise next to Mario: the Pokémon series.
Specifically, you can expect the next Nintendo Direct to be all about the latest upcoming games, Pokémon Sword and Shield. The presentation, which is expected to last for 15 minutes, will give us more information about the upcoming mainline Pokémon titles for the Switch. It probably won’t be unreasonable to expect launch details to drop as well during the Direct, as Pokémon Sword and Shield still don't have a release date as of now.
The last Nintendo Direct, which revolved around the upcoming Super Mario Maker 2, brought about a ton of new information. We can also expect a similar info dump to come with this Direct for Pokémon Sword and Shield.
