Sygna Suit Leon and Eternatus are coming to Pokemon Masters EX and they have a new ability. This is the first sync pair to have the Dynamax ability.
The ability is not actually new but was first introduced in Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield. For those not familiar, Dynamax is an ability where the Pokémon not only increases in size during the battle but also gets a boost to their power.
In Pokemon Masters EX, the sync pair can only use it one time for each battle after which they can use a powerful attack called max move. The max move for Sygna Suit Leon and Eternatus is Eternabeam and it deals heavy damage to the enemy while at the same time, refreshes the move gauge of the player.
For those of you who are excited, don’t take too long to decide since Sygna Suit Leon and Eternatus are only available until September 15. Players who can grab the sync pair will get their sync grid expanded and a chance to reach a 6-Star EX Potential rating.
Legendary Event
There is also a Legendary Event happening right now called the Howling Shield of Eternity. For this event, the Legendary Pokémon Eternatus has arrived at Pasio, and players will team up with Galar Trainers Gloria, Hop, and Leon to go against it. Those who can finish the event get to add Hop and Zamazenta to their teams. Players can also earn in-game rewards like the 5-Star-Guaranteed Scout Tickets.
The event is available for players who have finished Chapter 1 of the Main Story. They only have until September 15 to join.
A Sync Pair Returns
From August 15 to September 1, players again have the chance to add Gloria and Zacian to their teams. This Steel-type sync pair can be accessed through the Gloria Poké Fair Scout.
Gloria and Zacian can use the Behemoth Blade, a strong attack that uses four out of a possible six units of the player’s move gauge.
Two-Year Celebration
Pokémon Masters EX is set to celebrate its second year anniversary later this month. In preparation, a special website has been put up and you can view it here.
While waiting for anniversary events to go live, the special log-in bonus and mission bingo has been released. Players who log in from August 12 to August 27 can earn as much as 2,600 Gems. In the same period, there are also Run-Up to Two Years Special Missions, and completing them rewards an extra 1,200 Gems.
