Whether they know it or not, every person on the frontier plays a role. In past Red Dead Online updates, certain roles have received bonuses, but for this week, everyone gets a little something. All Free Roam Events are giving out double Rewards and players can get the benefit from the likes of Condor Egg, Day of Reckoning, Manhunt, Salvage, Trade Route, and Wild Animal Tagging.
As something extra this week, players who can level up a total of five Role Ranks will get 2,000 Character XP along with an offer for 30% off any Established or Distinguished Role Item.
Meanwhile, players who are below Rank 10 get an offer good for 30% off a Novice or Promising Role Item of their choice. Those who have reached Rank 20, on the other hand, are rewarded with an offer for 50% off an Established or Distinguished Role Item and 5,000 Character XP. These are offered for any role.
Traders and Moonshiners
While all players are indeed getting good rewards this week, Traders have something up their sleeve. That’s because Trader Sell Missions and Moonshine Sales are handing out double Role XP. As if that’s not enough, Traders also get two Rewards for 25 Trader Goods each.
Not to be outdone, Moonshiners get five Rewards that they can exchange for Mash Refills. In addition, the cost of moving the Moonshine Shack is waived until June 21.

It looks like it’s another lean update for Red Dead Online as Prime Gaming has no added offers for members this week. Players who connect their Prime Gaming account to their Rockstar Games Social Club before July 5 get a Reward for a free Emote. They also get offers for 30% off the Bar Expansion and a Novice or Promising Moonshiner Item of their choice.
