The west is wide and vast so there’s no question that it’s going to be feel lonely at some point, especially if you’re going at it alone. In such a dangerous world, it’s often better to make allies. This week, Red Dead Online hopes to make it easier for everyone. This is because all Permanent Posse creation fees are going to be waived until June 8.
This week is also good for those planning to re-stock on some necessities. All purveyors are being offered a 40% discount not only for the Potent Predator Bait Pamphlet, but also for the Potent Herbivore Bait Pamphlet. Essential Provisions like food, liquor, and tobacco items, are also available at half off.
There’s also some good bonuses to enjoy this week. Moonshine sales, for example, hand out an extra 30% this week. Collectors, on the other hand, should keep a look out for arrowheads and bird eggs. Selling these sets to Madam Nazar will fetch an added 50.
Moving on with this week’s update, some clothing items are making a return to the Wheeler, Rawson and Co. Catalogue. This isn’t going to be available forever though, as players only have until May 26 to get these duds:
- The Tasman
- The Danube
- Manteca Hat
- Coassack Hat
- Boutell Hat
- Irwin Coat
Players who have connected their Twitch Prime account to their Rockstar Social Club account will receive the Collector’s Bag and the Polished Copper Moonshine Still. That’s not all, as these players also get a reward crediting them with five Moonshiner Role Ranks.
There’s also something this month for PlayStation Plus Members. PS+ subscribers get a fisherman’s start pack that comes with five Special Lake Lure, five Special Swamp Lure, and five Special River Lure. There’s even a Treasure Map of the North Clingman area included.
Rockstar Games also said that their COVID-19 Relief remains ongoing. From back on April1 until the end of May, five percent of the revenue obtained from purchases in Red Dead Online and GTA Online are going to be donated to relief efforts for COVID-19. The funds will be used in helping local communities and businesses that have been struggling due to the effects of COVID-19.
