Developer SquarePlay Games and publisher Paradox Interactive announced that Space Trash Scavenger is now available on Steam Early Access. It's priced at $19.99 but is currently being offered at a 20% discount for a limited period. The game offers a third-person interstellar survival sandbox experience that's set in a procedurally generated zero-gravity world.
In the game, players take on the role of an employee of the megacorporation known as ScavCorp. They're tasked with retrieving a wide range of resources from various locations like abandoned outposts, spaceship wrecks, and even space debris. These are then brought to the space rig and refined.
Within this base, players can upgrade their equipment while also producing their very own food and fuel. However, it's not going to be easy since they'll need to defend against the different alien threats that's roaming in space. Overall, the game features a vast procedurally generated spatial open world with players being invited to explore even deeper into the cosmos.

Meanwhile, Paradox Arc executive producer Ross Kaminskyi revealed that this is a unique game that offers an exceptional tone and simply waiting to be experienced by everyone in the community.
Space Building
There are already a lot of games where you get to build a base. What makes this one different is that because it's set in space, there's no up or down. That means players can expand their base in any direction that they want and in the most efficient layout possible. The space rig needs to have a lot of features to function properly like artificial gravity, power, trash processing, farming, and of course, defense. Once everything is done, they can then craft food, weapons, ammo, fuel, and space suit upgrades. These not only allow them to survive but also be able to explore the other sectors.
What are you waiting for? Head on over to Steam now and test your luck in Space Trash Scavenger.
