Unless you’re lucky enough to receive an invitation from Apple to their Apple September 2015 event, or you’re an expert at gate crashing, you’ll have more luck watching the announcement online at Apple.com/live.
Upgraded versions of the iPhone line, in specific the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s Plus, are expected to be announced, as well as a newly redone version of the Apple TV and new offerings for iPads. A full rundown of what can be expected tomorrow can be seen here.
The show starts at 10 a.m. PDT at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, meaning viewers in the rest of the country can tune in at 12 p.m. CDT and 1 p.m. EDT. If you’re at work, don’t fret, the event will be fully streamable via your iOS 7.0 or later iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch via Mobile Safari, or a Mac with Safari 6.0.5 or later installed. Second or third-generation Apple TVs will also be able to stream the event, as well as Windows 10 users with the Edge browser.
Apple stock has not been doing great in the run up to the event, as Matt Krantz with USA Today reports. Krantz writes that, “shares of Apple have gained in the 30 days prior to an iPhone announcement in seven out of the past eight announcements - no matter what was happening with the market,” but that for the first time, Apple stock in the past month seems to have dipped before this announcement.
