Xur is back, Destiny fans!
This week, Xur can be found standing in The Reef
It’s going to be another busy weekend for first-person shooter fans, particularly Destiny players currently trying to split time between Bungie’s shared-world shooter and one or more of the other big launches from the last few weeks. Titanfall 2 has been out for a full seven days now, garnering near universal acclaim, and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare hit the market early this morning. Partner the recent launches with ongoing hype for Battlefield 1, along with Xur’s latest trip to the Destiny servers, and FPS fans have pretty much anything they might need to hold down an Extra Life stream this weekend. The only question is how much time Destiny: Rise of Iron will take up. A decision that, in many cases, will depend entirely on just how good the Agent of the Nine’s wares are this weekend.
Last weekend, Xur disappointed Destiny players around the globe with an assortment of Year Three exotics we saw countless times during Years One and Two. Sure, getting the Light level 350 version of Eternal Warrior or Achlyophage Symbiote might be a small step towards the game’s new cap (400). But more appearances from commonly-seen gear, like Skull of Dire Ahamkara and Bad Juju, aren’t going to do much more than dampen the Destiny community’s excitement for Xur’s weekly appearances.
Here’s everything Xur is selling the Destiny community Nov. 4 - 6:
The Taikonaut
- Defense: 350
- Intellect: 47
- Strength: 42
Young Ahamkara's Spine
- Defense: 350
- Discipline: 73
The Ram
- Defense: 350
- Discipline: 41
- Strength: 45
Red Death
- Attack: 350
- Magazine: 27
Legacy Engram - Body Armor
As always, Xur has plenty of other goodies for Destiny players to spend their Strange Coins, too. In addition to the exotic wares, the Agent of the Nine is also selling a handful of other curios, including Three of Coins stacks. And Destiny players will also find the usual legendary Sparrows upgrades, with green and blue contrails available this week, along with Motes of Light, Heavy Ammo Synthesis and Glass Needles.
Xur is also selling weapon ornaments again this weekend. Players have two options:
- Shock Hazard- Changes the appearance of Zhalo Supercell
- Queen's Command - Changes the appearance of Telesto
Each is available for 25 Silver Dust. If you're not sure how to acquire the newest currency in Destiny, we'd suggest taking a few minutes to check out our guide.
