The latest update for World of Warships: Legends is bringing in a lot of new ships, including the UK aircraft carriers, as well as two new ships available in the Origin of Wisdom campaign.
UK Aircraft Carriers
Three new aircraft carriers are spread across Tiers III, V, and VII. They are the Tier III Hermes, the Tier V Furious, and the Tier VII Implacable. The main feature of these ships is their carpet-bombing ability. Although their damage output is slightly lower than other ships, their potential can help you win a long war thanks to the bombs’ capacity to keep things aflame.
In addition, there is a UK Commander named Denis Boyd who will guide your British aircraft carriers to victory. He has some pretty good traits and skills. His base trait, Under the Radar, helps reduce air detectability for all ship types by up to 10%.
His Legendary Skill, The Vault, has two helpful effects. Its passive effect increases the HP of your dive and torpedo bombers by up to 4%. Furthermore, its special effect helps reduce incoming damage to your aircraft carrier by up to 20%, provided that you are close to an ally.
New Campaign Ships
The new Origin of Wisdom campaign has plenty to offer, including two new ships: The Tier IV Premium French Destroyer Siroco and the Tier VII Premium German Cruiser Mainz.
Armed with 130-mm guns and enough torpedoes to destroy the enemy, the Siroco is a flexible ship that you can utilize to your advantage. This beauty can be yours at Milestone 40 of the campaign.
While this next ship can be yours further down the campaign, the Mainz German Cruiser deserves its position at Milestone 120. Equipped with an improved Sonar system, fast-firing guns, 4x4 torpedo launchers, and armor that can rival some heavy cruisers, this ship has the potential to sink your opponent with its sheer firepower.
As always, there are rewards that you get while playing the campaign. If you do not have the Admiralty Backing, you will get:

It is advised to have the Admiralty Backing active as the total value of the rewards you can get amounts to 80,165 Doubloons compared to just 18,278 without it enabled.
