Level-5 is adding another game to the Yo-Kai Watch line. Yo-Kai Watch: Wibble Wobble, a spinoff puzzle game, will release for iOS and Android March 24. Like its Nintendo predecessors, the mobile game involves collecting yo-kai characters. Instead of turn-based battles like Yo-Kai Watch, players will use the touchscreen to match similar yo-kai characters akin to Candy Crush . In return, the player receives attacks that keep the game going. Correctly complete the puzzles to ‘befriend’ monsters who will also unlock access to special options to defeat enemies.

Wibble Wobble stands for the ‘wib wob’ form of the yo-kai characters. The puzzle game will be free to download from the iTunes Store and Google Play, but Level 5 will offer in-app purchases. Wibble Wobble has been available in Japan since October. According to Polygon, the game already has 6 million users. Yo-Kai Watch 3 is expected to launch Summer 2016.
