American Horror Story is already confirmed for a sixth season, but details about the upcoming season have been vague, until now. The next season of the horror anthology may star the chilling Slender Man, Us Weekly reported Wednesday.

An unnamed source told the gossip publication that those behind American Horror Story are working to acquire the rights to an already written script about Slender Man, which they want to adapt for the show. If they can get the script, they will then begin working on casting.

Slender Man became notable in 2009 as an internet meme and is considered digital folklore. The character is a tall and thin being with no facial features, wearing a black suit. Slender Man is known for kidnapping and torturing children in particular. Such rap sheet would likely make a Slender Man story line perfect for American Horror Story, especially considering the recent fifth season included a character that kidnapped children to turn them into vampire-like beings.

Though casting for season 6 hasn’t yet begin American Horror Story executive producer Ryan Murphy told the Hollywood Reporter last October that he’s already asked Lady Gaga to be a part of the upcoming season. He is hoping they will be able to work around her touring schedule. Gaga starred in American Horror Story: Hotel, which concluded two weeks ago, as the Countess/Elizabeth Johnson. Her character is ultimately killed by John Lowe, the Ten Commandments Killer (Wes Bentley). However, she remains a ghost at the Hotel Cortez.

Murphy has also said that season 6 will be “less opulent” and “more rogue and dark” than the previous American Horror Story: Hotel. If rumors are true, a Slender Man themed season could be one of two seasons of American Horror Story airing in 2016.
