'WWE 2K25' Guide: How to Tweak the Rating of Your Favorite Superstar—Take a Look At the Attributes

With a star-studded roster of 200+ playable character roster, it's impossible not to get excited over "WWE 2K25" if you're a wrestling fan. Although the developers attempt to be as accurate as possible, fans might disagree with a few ratings.

Thankfully, the newest wrestling game will allow you to change every superstar's ratings. You can either buff or nerf a character by tweaking their attributes with the full customization options.

How to Modify Wrestler Stats in 'WWE 2K25'

It is easy to change a Superstar's ratings in WWE 2K25. GameRant has a series of steps to do that:

1. Access the Extras Menu by pressing the RB (Xbox) or R1 (PlayStation) button to reach the Extras screen.

2. Go to the Roster tab.

3. Select Edit Superstars to start editing all available wrestlers.

4. From here, choose the Superstar you would like to edit and press X (PlayStation) / A (Xbox).

5. Find the Attributes menu, where you can tweak various stats.

6. Save Changes. When ready, click Accept to confirm your changes. The new ratings will take effect in all applicable game modes, such as Play and Universe Mode.

Wrestler Attributes Explained

Each attribute impacts a wrestler's in-ring performance. Here's what all the stats do, which you can adjust:

Arm Power – Adds or removes power from punches and forearm blows.

Leg Power – Increases or decreases all kicks-based attacks.

Grapple Offense – Controls the performance of light and heavy grappling moves.

Running Offense – Affects grapple and run damage.

Aerial Offense – Modifies diving and springboard strength.

Aerial Defense – Controls resistance against high-flying attacks.

Aerial Range – Controls distance jumped and speed for aerial techniques.

Power Submission Offense – Increases submissions such as Bearhug or Kimura Lock.

Technical Submission Offense – Enhances submission holds such as the Sharpshooter or Figure Four Leglock.

Strike Reversal – Enhances counter timing for punches and kicks.

Grapple Reversal – Sets the window for countering grapple attacks.

Aerial Reversal – Affects reaction time to counter high-flying attacks.

Pin Escape – Affects ease of kicking out of pinfalls.

Strength – Controls a wrestler's strength to lift heavier opponents.

Stamina – Regulates how long a wrestler can act before tiring.

Agility – Controls climbing speed and movement smoothness.

Movement Speed – Modifies walking and running speed.

Recovery – Influences how fast a wrestler recovers health and energy.

Special Meter – Affects the rate at which the Signature Move meter fills.

Finisher Meter – Controls how quickly the Finisher bar fills up.

Fine-Tuning Your 'WWE 2K25' Experience

In addition to Superstar ratings for individual players, "WWE 2K25" also allows players to adjust the Pin Escape difficulty via Gameplay Settings. Depending on whether you want a more difficult or easier experience, this setting can have a big effect on match results.
