So what is the Story Creator Mode? The Story Creator is a toolset that is based on the game's own quest editor used by Assassin’s Creed Odyssey's development team to create missions in the game. The Mode includes, for example, elements of the interactive dialogue system used in the main game, which allows users to create their own interactive branching dialogues.
Developed by Ubisoft, Assassin's Creed Odyssey is a role-playing action video game. This is the 11th major installment and the 21st overall, in the Assassin's Creed franchise. The game serves as the successor to Assassin's Creed Origins, which was released in 2017.
The game is set in the year 431 BC, where the plot follows a fictionalized version of the history of the Peloponnesian War between Athens and Sparta. Players control either a male or female mercenary who fights for both sides as they attempt to unite their family and uncover an evil cult.
Compared to other games in the series, Assassin's Creed Odyssey focuses more on role-playing elements. The game not only contains dialogue options, but includes branching quests and even multiple endings. One new feature is the notoriety system wherein mercenaries chase after the player if they commit crimes like killing or stealing in the presence of others.
