A new consumable item has also been added that, when used, advances the player's active companion to the next skill rank of the associated guild (Fighters Guild, Mages Guild, and Undaunted).

The update was originally slated for release today but has been moved to April 28 due to technical issues.

Some currencies have been renamed to avoid confusion as to which content they're related to. Medal of Commendation, for example, is now called Conquest Commendation.

The developers are also planning to drop quality-of-life updates as the season progresses. These changes are meant to address certain issues that negatively impact the gameplay experience.

Players now have a total of 72 vibrant colors to choose from, which is a significant increase from the measly nine color options available back then.

Some perks and gadgets have received price adjustments as well. Utility gadgets now cost $5,000 instead of $4,000, for example.

Certain Slorm Reapers have received some adjustments as well. For instance, the Primordial Reaper of the Sleepy Butterfly no longer increases the cooldown of Ancestral Legacy skills.

New modules have also been added that provide certain benefits to nearby players other than the owner. These modules are best used by those who like to play with other prospectors.

A new set of Prime Rewards is here. This time around, players can get the "Tip of the Spear" Exotic Sparrow and the "Tall Tale" Exotic Ship.

In addition, the Airplane repair kit now repairs planes properly with each use. All vehicles can now be repaired with no skill required as well.

South Vern - a new region in Arkesia - is now available as well. It brings a new storyline and Chaos Line activity, but the Chaos Dungeons and Chaos Gate will be added in a future patch.

According to initial reports, using the new DirectX 12 renderer leads to smoother gameplay and fewer stutters than before.

The Whoopee Cushion prop is no longer offered to survivors at the beginning of a match. In addition, the developers have updated the game's anti-cheat system.

The Elemental Rift is also set to return on April 28. The upcoming version is similar to the previous one but with minor adjustments.

Some enemies also received balancing changes. For instance, the Void Devastator now has a max HP of 2,800 and 20 more points of armor.

Some of the submachine guns that have been significantly buffed in this patch are the Para SMG, Patchett L2A1, and CMP.

The developers have also removed the ability of players to enable cheats in public multiplayer matches. However, they can still be enabled from a PC host in private matches.

This patch also introduces 11 new Spanish cards. One of the most notable is Peninsular Guerillas (IV), which improves ranged infantry attack and enables them to see the location of enemies they've recently damaged.

The master difficulty for the Vow of the Disciple raid is now open. Also, players who did not receive the Symmetrical Energy triumph before can complete the raid again to get it.

The UACM Frontline pack is available for free to those who have purchased the deluxe edition of the game. This DLC can also be purchased individually.

This update also brings some content from the Battle Royale, including the Titan Tanks, Mounted Artillery Cannon, and Mounted Anti-vehicle Turret.

The developers also refer to this patch as the "nerf update" because of the nerfs implemented to gods and items across the board.

The game is now more challenging than ever. For instance, gas masks and cookware now get damaged when used.

While the latest patch has addressed a number of issues, the problem with camo challenges not tracking progress as intended remains.

The High Isle Chapter can only be accessed by those who pre-purchased the DLC. However, there's a free update for the base game that adds support for AMD FSR. It also introduces Mundus Stones in the Armory.

There are also other new things introduced in this massive update. The Dreadnought Gun Turrets, for example, allow players to soften defenses with ease.

Bosses now drop a vast majority of their loot on the first kill. After that, their loot multiplier is greatly reduced.

Participating in the Valhalla event grants players with Valhalla Coins. Players can exchange these coins at the Valhalla Warchest for a variety of rewards.

Players can also now queue for multiple match brackets at once. However, the developers removed 3v3 bracket queueing as a premade, which means that it has effectively been replaced with 3v3 solo queue.

Some NPCs, including the Witch, Mechanic, and Fisherman, now sell items depending on the time of day. Prices of many raw materials and resources have been adjusted as well.
