The developers of the turn-based RPG Dislyte are going to launch Patch 3.0.0 in a couple of days. This update brings a lot of balancing changes to certain Esper abilities.
One of the most notable changes is for Cecilia (Isis). Her second ability, Crimson Protection, now grants a shield to all team members equal to 50% of their max HP for one turn when Cecilia dies. This ability can still heal, revive dead allies, and provide a 50% AP boost to all team members just like before.
Another Esper worth mentioning here is Dhalia (Calypso). Her Umbra Attack (second ability) now inflicts freeze if the enemy is already afflicted with the SPD down debuff. Furthermore, the Sonic Camo ability now grants ATK up to all allied Espers, in addition to its previous effects (increased AP by 25% and C. Rate Up).
Esper Balancing Changes
- Blood Talisman (Ability 1)
- New: Deals damage equal to 110% of ATK to 1 enemy with a 75% chance of inflicting Stun for 1 turn
- Ascension: Boosts AP by 25% if the target has a debuff
- Abode of Immortals (Ability 2)
- New: Immune to disables. Removes a random debuff other than Immobile from all allied Espers at the start of each turn and heals them for 5% of their max HP. Increases AP by 20% when an allied Esper receives a debuff (can only be triggered once per turn)
- Tidal Wave (Ability 1)
- New: Deals damage to an enemy equal to 120% of ATK with a 100% chance of inflicting Buff Blocker for 2 turns. If the target is unbuffed, increases the damage by 50%
- Fury of the Waters (Ability 3)
- New: Adjusted the ability factor so Biondina’s attacks can ignore a greater amount of enemy DEF when the target is buffed
- Phantasia (Ability 2)
- New: Balances all allied Espers’ HP ratios. If a target has the Kiss of the Nightingale buff, it restores 20% of their max HP
- Ascension: Balances all allied Espers’ HP ratios. If a target has the Kiss of the Nightingale buff, it restores 20% of their max HP and reduces all ability cooldowns by 1 turn
- Eternal Strength (Ability 2)
- New: Stacks 1 Bull Rage, increasing DEF by 10% and RESIST by 5% per hit taken. Can stack up to 10 times
- Ascension: Gains a bonus turn upon stacking 10 Bull Rage
- Bull Rage: +10% DEF and +5% RESIST per stack. Max 10 stacks
Patch 3.0.0 is expected to go live on April 28 at 8 a.m. EST.
