Dave Bautista has announced that he’ll be joining the cast of Blade Runner 2. We all agree he’ll be a replicant, right?

Bautista will join Harrison Ford, Ryan Gosling and Robin Wright for the Blade Runner sequel, helmed by Sicario director Denis Villeneuve.

After Blade Runner, sci-fi fans were left in the dark as to whether or not Rick Deckard (Ford) is human or a replicant. In the first movie, a new replicant model exists that doesn’t know whether or not it’s human, possessing implanted memories to convince the robot it’s actually a person.

Deckard, a Blade Runner assigned to kill replicants, dreams of unicorns. Gaff, a mysterious fellow police officer in Blade Runner, leaves him a little origami unicorn, suggesting that Deckard’s unicorn dreams were actually implanted and known to others. Though there’s still debate over the issue, a lot of evidence points to Deckard being a replicant ( "You've done a man' s job,” Gaff tells him.) Presumably this will be settled once and for all in Blade Runner 2.

But what about the rest of the Blade Runner 2 cast?

Gosling, with his constant, unalterable smile-smirk and sex bot looks? This dude’s a bot.

Robin Wright is also a replicant, assuming Blade Runner 2 continues in the Blade Runner tradition of having only replicant females. Without a real human woman character in Blade Runner, how would we even know what a human woman looks like in the future? BOT.

Dave Bautista? Do you even have to ask? Why have a giant, strong dude around who doesn’t toss Harrison Ford through walls? Replicant.

And that’s why everyone in Blade Runner 2 is a replicant. That will probably be the twist: the world has long since been replaced by replicants, endlessly loathing and hunting other replicants.

Blade Runner 2 will be in theaters Jan. 12, 2018 and you will see all my predictions brought to life.
