A new season has just begun on Call of Duty: Warzone. Season Two introduces a deadly gas with the potential to turn the tide of battle. In addition, two new points of interest and bomber planes are now available, among many others.
Nebula V
Captain Butcher formed Task Force Yeti - an elite team consisting of war experts tasked to recover Nebula V for Allied Research. Nebula V is a deadly gas that can wreak havoc in affected areas.
That said, the game’s latest update brings Nebula V Ammo and Bombs in Warzone. The Nebula V Ammo takes up a single clip with one deadly twist. Operators killed by this ammo emit a poisonous gas cloud that can induce effects similar to Circle Collapse.
The Nebula V Bomb, on the other hand, is a locked briefcase filled with deadly gas. It also has an explosive charge that can detonate after a short time. The bomb deals massive damage from the initial explosion then emits Nebula V that can damage Operators who don’t have Gas Masks on.
A new Field Equipment called the Portable Decontamination Station can be used to disperse Nebula V. This device can filter the air for several seconds, protecting you and your allies from the deadly gas.
New POIs
Two new points of interest have been added. The first is the Chemical Factory, a facility that spews out Nebula V. This area is filled with several interior spaces that you can explore, but be wary of the Axis soldiers that may roam around. Infiltrating the Chemical Factory successfully rewards you with some valuable loot.
The Underground Chemical Weapon Research Lab is the second POI denoted by the hand-drawn yellow circles on your Tac Map. Your squad must have an escape plan as the Circle Collapse may impede your chances of walking away safely. Some items that you can get here include the Nebula V Ammo and some Gas Masks, so venturing into this place is definitely worth it.
Bomber Planes
The Bomber is a formidable aircraft with destructive power capable of leveling the playing field. You can even use this plane to destroy Loadout Drops!
That said, while this airplane is quite an intimidating presence on the battlefield, it can be taken down by Fighter Planes.
