Ubisoft has been really nice to people that have to stay at home due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Recently the company announced that they are giving away platforming RPG game Child of Light, completely for free. This is not the only game have given free, Ghost Recon Breakpoint will also be free to play between March 26 and March 29. A few days ago, Assassin Creed Odyssey also went free to play for five days. Unlike Odyssey and Breakpoint, Child of Light will be yours to keep forever if you grab it.
You have to grab Child of Light on Uplay before March 28, after that the game will go back to full price again. The game is also very good. Released back in 2014, it received a positive reception from fans and critics, especially for its gameplay, story, and visuals. Child of Light currently sits at 9/10 on Steam. Child of Light is set in a fictional place called Lemuria, and follows the story of a girl, Aurora, who has to fight Queen of the Night in order to free the sun, stars, and the moon. The game was a success and a sequel was also teased, however, there has been no confirmation.
