As part of the full year of free game giveaways, Epic Games Store is giving away two amazing games this week: Watch Dogs and The Stanley Parable. You can download both completely for free from the Epic online store. If you have found yourself being isolated at home, these two games are great for passing your time.
Both of these games were received warmly by players, particularly because of their unique gameplay. Watch Dogs released back in 2014 and it tells the tale of hacker Aiden Pearce, who is on a pursuit of avenging the murder of his niece. On the other hand, The Stanley Parable started out as a mod for Half-Life 2 in 2011 before becoming a full-blown standalone. The game requires players to guide Stanley through numerous choices to progress. The Stanley Parable also provides narrative assistance, which you can choose to follow or ignore to unlock multiple endings.
Epic has revealed the the next bunch of games going free next week. Available for free from March 26 to April 2 are Figment and Tormentor X Punisher.
Figment released in 2017. It is an indie game that takes players to the subconscious mind of a person who has been battling with a traumatic event. The event is revealed as the player continues to explore the story.
Tormentor X Punisher is an arena shooter that released in 2017 as well. The game can get quite challenging as players might find themselves being trapped in arenas with seemingly impossible to beat bosses.
Epic Games Store has been on a spree of free giveaways to build up its user base. Ever since the service launched back in 2018, it has continued to give away freebies to its users and the company claims that it will continue to do so throughout 2020.
