Crusader Kings 3 is coming to next-gen consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S March 29. With this, a new group of players now have the chance to try and build their very own dynasty in this historical strategy game.
The console version makes use of an adapted interface along with a control scheme customized for larger screens and console gamepads. There’s a new control map where players can navigate through the game’s menu with the use of triggers, bumpers, and quick flicks of the analog stick.
It goes without saying that this version utilizes the key capabilities of both PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. An example would be the fast load times to allow a seamless gameplay experience. Players can also enjoy the Haptic and Adaptive Trigger controller feedback. There’s also the ability to switch between gameplay and other applications, including YouTube where players can go for a quick tutorial.
PS5 Experience
Those who have the PS5 console can experience the stress mechanics through the DualSense controllers which can physically react to what’s happening in the game. The more stress a character gets, the more resistance is applied to the DualSense controller’s Adaptive Triggers.
PS5 also has Activities and Game Help which assists new players in their first steps to building a kingdom.
