If the "Overwhelmingly Positive" reviews on Steam are any indication, Cult of the Lamb has been a massive hit among gamers. The developers now have some big news for its fans with the announcement of two major releases.
The first of which is the release of the Unholy Alliance expansion. This expansion includes a new local co-cop, traits, quests, and many more.
The second release is the Pilgrim Pack, a DLC that offers new follower forms and decorations, among others.
The game must be fully updated first before players can enjoy all the new content.
Unholy Alliance Expansion
The most exciting content that the Unholy Alliance expansion undoubtedly brings is the option for local co-op. Play with a friend or family member in an experience that allows one of you to be the Lamb. The other player, on the other hand, will take on the mantle of the Goat.
Aside from the local co-op, the expansion also includes 21 new traits for your followers. These new traits include Poet, Curse, Catatonic, Unlawful, and Unhappily/Happily Married.
New structures are likewise included in the expansion. The first structure is the Nursery building, which players can build as many times as they want. The second is the Knucklebones building, which allows players to have one match against a follower of their choosing.

Pilgrim Pack DLC
In addition to the Unholy Alliance expansion, a new DLC called Pilgrim Pack has also been released for Cult of the Lamb.
This DLC features a brand new interactive digital comic where the player's choices will matter in their journey. In addition, there will also be bonus pages for gamers to enjoy.
Aside from these, the Pilgrim Pack DLC also includes the following:
- Five new Follower Forms (Panda, Skunk, Echidna, Anteater, and Camel)
- two new Outfits and one new Fleece (Jalala's Coat, Rinor's Robes, and Fleece of the Silken Touch)
- 5 new Decorations
Cult of the Lamb
Released on August 11, 2022, Cult of the Lamb is an action roguelike base-building game. It is developed by Massive Monster and published by Developer Digital.
In this game, the player's main goal is to start and grow a cult. In order to gain legions of followers, the cult leader must venture into mysterious regions and build a community.
Of course, not everyone will be a believer, and the player must also defeat all enemies that threaten the stability of the cult. There are other cult leaders in the game, and the goal is to become the one true cult leader around.
