The Division Update 1.2, called Conflict, doesn't have a release date yet. We do know it is coming out soon though, and Ubisoft has revealed a new trailer highlighting all of the changes players can expect.
The big addition is the new Incursion mission called Clear Sky. This mission was the one we all thought would be called Broken Circle, taking place in Columbus Circle. Completing this Incursion mission will net players some high-end loot.
Also coming to Conflict are more high-end weapons and top-of-the-line gear sets. Unlocking them will give you new, powerful effects to take to the streets of Manhattan. Ubisoft developers have also previously mentioned that weapons will be getting a rebalance in the future, but will not for this update.
New high-value targets have also been released across Manhattan. Players will have to discover these new enemy bosses and hunt them down to take them all out. Doing so will probably earn you some gear, although the video doesn’t specify if you get any other cool rewards as well.
One of the most interesting new features coming to Update 1.2 is the ability to hijack Dark Zone extractions. In the Dark Zone, players all have to huddle around a helicopter to extract gear out. Once Update 1.2 is released, a single player can then rush in and cut ALL of the loot down from a helicopter, ruining everyone’s day.
We also know that the Phoenix Credits cap will be raised to 2,000. This will allow for players to save up a little before spending Credits on expensive blueprints.
There is still no release date scheduled for the 1.2 Conflict update yet, but the trailer does confirm a May release. Expect to see this update drop probably some time during next week.
