The Division Expansion III: Last Stand will be coming soon and along with the expansion, Ubisoft is releasing Update 1.6 to all players for free. Update 1.6 isn’t just an ordinary update, but a massive successor to 1.4 and 1.5 updates with hopes of rounding out the game nicely.
Update 1.6 will be housed on the Public Test Server starting Jan. 24 and it’s where Ubisoft is looking for lots of feedback. In addition, according to the blog, Ubisoft also emphasized the new The Division Update 1.6 will not introduce a new World Tier that may cause players to alter their Gear Score.
“It’s worth noting that 1.6 will not bring a new World Tier,” the blog announced. “We don’t want you to have to go through old content to increase your gear score again before you can do any new activities – this way you’ll be able to jump straight in.”
