Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark takes players to the world of Teora, which has survived the devastation caused by a beast wreaking havoc on the land thanks to the first Immortals. To prevent such destruction from ever happening again in Teora, the Council of Immortals was formed to enforce order and stability. The Council rules the land through their mortal agents, who are called the Arbiters. The Council of Immortals and their Arbiters keep the peace at Teora, however, players are bound to eventually ask, at what cost? As players take on the role of Kyrie, an Arbiter that sets out on an adventure to protect the land, they uncover the deepening corruption pervading Kyrie's own order, and it falls to her to halt the spread of a threat as dire as the brutal beast of yore.
