God of War for PC might be good, but it’s far from perfect. The game has several bugs that need some attention, and thankfully, the developer hasn’t abandoned the port. The title received Update 1.0.6 that improved multiple game features.
The previously added feature, Mouse Precision Mode, received tons of love from the developer. The said feature also received translations and now supports Aim Assist. Precision Mode will no longer cause the movement animation to break, caused by Update 1.0.5.
FSR has been further improved, fixing blocky or blurry image quality. The proper joystick sensitivity for Xbox controllers has been added as well.

Unfortunately, Update 1.0.6 also added a bug where the camera will drift to the left when playing with a controller. But the developer released a hotfix for that issue. For AMD GPU users, the low-performance issue is still being investigated. A fix for that should be released soon. Want to know the list of known issues? Check them out here.
Hotfix v1.0.6.1 Patch Notes
- Fixed an issue where some devices would not have proper joystick dead zones
In other news, the God of War (2018) is getting a full-fledged sequel. God of War Ragnarök will launch exclusively on PS4 and PS5 in 2022. The PC version hasn’t been confirmed, but we are optimistic about it.
