Things are about to get even more intense in GTA Online as the Los Santos Drug Wars build toward its finale. The Last Dose introduces players to five missions as the whole gang goes down the rabbit hole and learns more about a budding pharmaceutical conspiracy.
As a quick recap, it was back in The First Dose when players joined forces with the Fooliganz to help them get control of the psychedelics trade in Southern San Andreas. Operations of rival gangs were squeezed out through theft with those who stood in the way getting eliminated.
In The Last Dose, a shadowy opposition is making a move to strike back. Once again, players are asked to help the Fooliganz and make sure that the crew remains on top of the food chain which is the illicit pharmaceutical trade. To start the missions, players need to visit The Freakshop or wait for a call from Dax.

Start Mission
As mentioned, The Last Dose brings five missions:
- This is an Intervention
- Head to the annual meet-up of the Fooliganz to start things. While nothing could sour the mood, it's always good to bring snacks when joining a party. Don't forget to bring automatic weapons and be fully equipped with body armor.
- Unusual Suspects
- If anything, Dax isn’t the type of person that can simply let go when one of his crew has been abducted. Be sure to teach The Lost and their hippie allies a lesson while learning more about who took away Labrat. While intimidation is a good way to go about things, just be sure not to kill the gang leaders since they may provide some answers.
- FriedMind
- Head to the FriedMind Pharmaceuticals HQ to gather clues and of course, rescue the missing members and bring them back safely to The Freakshop. While raiding the place guns blazing is an option, a stealthy approach could be a smarter way of getting in and out.
- Checking In
- Drop by the local rehab facility, particularly the one doing trials with the recipe stolen from Labrat. Take extra care since you could end up being the test subject. In this one, you have to lead the charge to remove as much resistance as possible. Don't forget that the main priority is protecting Dax and Luchadora.
- BDKD
- It's time to put the competition out of the way and clean out whatever remaining supply they have. Dax is doing whatever he can to buy every bit of product available. When the time comes, just be ready to keep a close watch on Dax and make sure to keep the heat away from him.

- Complete The Last Dose Mission This is an Intervention to get the Floral Güffy Pool Sliders.
- Resupply your Acid Lab and complete a Sell Mission to get the Black Enema Flourish Ski mask.
- Complete a daily Stash House to receive the Teal Enema Flourish Ski mask.
- Finish all The Last Dose missions to get the Lime Leopard Slab cap and Canvas Shoes.
- Earn The Last Dose rewards now through March 29. Gifts will be delivered within 10 days of completion.
