Hearthstone announced that Chapter 1 of Galakrond's Awakening is now officially live. This marks the beginning of the final solo adventure for the Year of the Dragon. Compared to previous adventures, this one is going to let players experience the story on both sides.
League of E.V.I.L. Chapter: Battle of the Frozen Coast
So what's been happening? For starters, the League of E.V.I.L. has reached Northrend with the goal of putting into action the final stage of their plan. It has become clear that Rafaam wants to be on top and hopes to resurrect Galakrond to do it. However, like with the previous adventures, the League of Explorers is hot on the trail. This time the league brings with them the dragon aspects.
For Chapter 1, players can control some familiar faces like the fortune teller Madame Lazul or the arakkoa Kriziki. There's going to be a total of three encounters for this chapter, which includes a fight against Sir Finley.

League of Explorers Chapter: Battle of the Frozen Coast
The new chapter offers two adventures, and this one is for the League of Explorers. In the last adventure, the Explorers managed to stop the Plague Lords in the deserts of Uldum. However, Rafaam is headed towards Northrend and it's clear trouble is afoot.
For this part of the new chapter, players control Brann Bronzebeard in a fight between the League of Explorers and League of E.V.I.L. That's not going to be so easy, as Northrend is heavily fortified and Dr. Boom is there to defend it.
For the League of Explorers, completing this chapter gives players four cards along with three bonuses. The cards are:

- Summon it and give it +3 Health
Chapter 1 is live and playable. The League of E.V.I.L. campaign is available to play for free. However, players need to buy the League of Explorers campaign for 700 Gold or $6.99 to play it. The Galakrond’s Awakening bundle, which offers all chapters, is available for $19.99. Chapter 2 of the Galakron's Awakening adventure is set to arrive next week.
