Apex Legends' beloved droid, Pathfinder, can now grapple around in his new BD-1 inspired skin from Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The skin is absolutely free and anyone can claim it by logging into Apex Legends between December 3 and January 14.
The new Pathfinder skin features colors and patterns that match BD-1's skin from the latest Star Wars game. It's fun to see this crossover, as both Apex Legends and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order are developed by Respawn Entertainment. Does this mean that Apex Legends, and by extension Titanfall, is in the Star Wars universe? It's highly unlikely, but fun to think about.
Apex Legends tweeted out the news via its official Twitter account:
Recently, developer Respawn Entertainment released an update that increased the level cap in Apex Legends on PC. The patch is now available to players enjoying the game on their PS4 and Xbox One consoles. The level cap update now allows players to continue their Apex Legends journey up to level 500.
The Battle Royale from Respawn Entertainment became a hit immediately out of the gate. Recently, the game managed to log 70 million players. Similarly, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, which released last month, has received mixed reviews among gamers. Nonetheless, we feel it's still an enjoyable game and worth playing.
