Here’s our first look at Crystal and a huge, intriguing prop on the set of Marvel's The Inhumans, which is set to premiere in IMAX theaters in September.
Last week, photos revealed Inhuman leader Black Bolt in costume. We also got a peek at Crystal’s dog, Lockjaw, but now we see Crystal herself dressed in her tight yellow and black costume from the comics.

Lockjaw is an important member of the inhuman family and a pet with quite a few tricks, starting with the fact he can teleport anywhere. Isabelle Cornish plays Crystal, Medusa’s younger sister. Just like Avatars Aang and Korra, She can control all four elements -- air, earth, fire and water. She’s the youngest, but may prove to be the most powerful.
We also have clear shot of a statue, which looks similar to the Monolith from Agents of SHIELD. The Monolith is a portal made of a malleable material of ancient kree origins with connections to the planet Maveth. In SHIELD, due to the influence of HYDRA, the Monolith posed a serious danger to inhumans. HYDRA had been sending people through the Monolith as a sacrifice to a god they worship called Hive. Daisy’s mother, an inhuman named Jiaying, told SHIELD her elders knew of a myth that said the Monolith was capable of destroying every inhuman on Earth. So you have to wonder why this statue is being put on display here.
The first two episodes of The Inhumans will be combined and premiere in IMAX theaters Sept. 1. The eight-episode season airs on ABC in the following weeks.
