A gameplay video for Injustice 2 has been released showing off Supergirl and her moves. The video can be watched below.
Supergirl seems like she will play like a mix between Superman and The Flash. She is much faster than Superman, but still has many of the same abilities like heat vision and ice breath. Like The Flash in the original Injustice, Supergirl has a move where she rushes off the screen only to appear on the other side to deliver an attack.
We also get a look at combos and attack possibilities in the video. The real excitement comes at the end, when there's a glimpse of Supergirl’s Super move, Asteroid Shower. This move has Supergirl fly her opponent into space, only to get thrown back to Earth. As the opponent is falling, Supergirl blasts an asteroid, sending shards crashing down onto the opponent once back on the surface of Earth.
In other Injustice 2 news, be sure to check out the gameplay trailer featuring Harley Quinn and Deadshot. Harley Quinn retains many of the same abilities and attacks she had in the first Injustice, while Deadshot is seen fighting up close with knives and his wrist guns, and ricocheting bullets around to hit his opponent.
Injustice 2 will be coming out in 2017, though a release date or even month hasn’t been announced yet.
