With the upcoming Suicide Squad movie hitting theaters Aug. 5, Warner Bros. has updated its Injustice: Gods Among Us mobile game to include the characters from the upcoming film.
There are three characters, we have Suicide Squad Harley Quinn, Joker and Deadshot. Take a look at the new characters coming to Injustice mobile below.
Here’s the official description of what fans of Injustice mobile can expect with the Suicide Squad update:
“The latest update is the largest to hit the game in over a year, bringing fresh content for both new and returning players. A variety of Suicide Squad -themed playable content are featured in the new update including a new character and skins, special in-game events, rewards and more. Players can now assemble an all-star team of villains with the first playable debut of the assassin Deadshot and Suicide Squad skins of fan-favorites Joker and Harley Quinn. Challenge, Multiplayer and Survivor mode have also been updated with exclusive Suicide Squad rewards including new companion cards.”
Players will need to update Injustice mobile to version 2.11 to get the Suicide Squad content.
This isn’t the first time Injustice: Gods Among Us Mobile has included a character that wasn’t in the original console version. The first was the villainous Darkseid and the game also included Static Shock for its two-year anniversary back in April 2015.
