Ubisoft officially revealed the final details of the upcoming Just Dance World Cup 2019. The tournament is set to take place on March 30 in Brazil and is hosted by Brazilian YouTuber Fernanda Pineda. Seventeen of the world's top players will dance off in an attempt to defeat two-time champion Umutcan Tutuncu.
The initial stage of the competition will have the 18 players go head-to-head in a double elimination format. Each match will be played as a best-of three, and the first to win two songs wins. The top six will then move to the quarter-finals.
Beginning with the quarter-finals and all the way to finals, competitors will be evaluated by a three-member jury. In case of a tie, the decision will be made by viewers though the official Ubisoft Twitch channel.
The jury panel is composed of Just Dance ambassador and Australian dancer Jayden Rodrigues, Just Dance choreographer and French dancer Jerky Jessy, and finally Brazilan influencer Maira Medeiros.
