League of Legends Update 12.6 is here, and it adds the new Mythic content. Mythic Essence will be the new currency and it replaces Gemstones and Prestige Points. One Gemstone will be worth 10 Mythic Essence, and everything will be converted automatically.
These Mythic essences can be spent in the Mythic Shop for special skins and accessories. The developers will release a challenge on March 31, and upon completion, players can get 10 Mythic Essence. So, don’t miss out on the opportunity as it does not last long.
The Mythic Shop is offering Ashen Knight Pyke, Hextech Annie, and Hextech Amumu for 100 Mythic Essence. Other Mythic Skins can vary from 125 to 200 Mythic Essence. In this patch version, players have a limited time to buy select Prestige Skins like Prestige Arcanist Zoe, Prestige Battle Queen Diana, and Prestige Pulsefire Thresh. They will head to the vault after Patch 12.12.
Life Steal Changes
Life steal items have made certain champions incredibly strong due to effective sustain. To balance this, developers made changes to all life steal items and runes, such as Immortal Shieldbow, Blade of the Ruined King, Vampiric Scepter, Fleet Footwork, and Legend: Bloodline. Life steal has been reduced by 2% on Immortal Shieldbow, Blade of the Ruined King, and Vampiric Scepter.
The Ravenous Hunter rune has been removed from the game and is replaced by a new rune called Treasure Hunter. The Treasure Hunter rune gives players 70 gold per bounty stack, and increases by 20 gold for every extra stack collected.
League of Legends Patch 12.6
- Janna W Bugfix/Nerf: Fixed a bug where Janna's W - Zephyr range had incorrectly reverted to edge-to-edge. It has been restored and now casts from center-to-center, and its range indicator has also been fixed (Note: This issue had a considerable impact on Janna's 12.5 win rates, so we expect this to be somewhat of a nerf)
- Fixed a bug where, if Tahm Kench R - Devoured an allied Senna while she was inside her E - Curse of the Black Mist, both champions would disappear from enemies' view
- Fixed a bug where Lux's E - Lucent Singularity projectile would proc spell shields on all enemies it passes through, even though the projectile itself doesn't deal damage or cc
- Fixed a bug where, if a ward was placed on top of an existing ward, the new one would start moving randomly around the older one
