An excellent blend of hip-hop was to be expected for NBA 2K18 given the series’ musical pedigree, but we love seeing some indie and rock artists on the playlist too. We certainly weren't expecting to see Fitz And The Tantrums and even Def Leppard on this list, but their inclusion is appreciated nonetheless. All of these tracks will almost certainly get players pumped up in careers, online and while hunting for the best MyTeam cards.
Despite the game’s imminent release, we haven’t seen that much of NBA 2K18 in action. Most of the press surrounding the game has focused on its cover athletes, Kyrie Irving and Shaquille O'Neal. We also saw the first footage of gameplay on Nintendo Switch during that console’s January reveal.
NBA 2K18 comes to PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Nintendo Switch and PC Sept. 19.
