Nintendo eShop Sale Starts During E3, Extra Bonus For My Nintendo Members

Not everyone can attend E3, and while Nintendo will broadcast its E3 festivities through Nintendo Treehouse and Nintendo Directs, fans can also participate with a brand new eShop sale.

Beginning June 14 at 2 p.m. EDT until 11:59 a.m. EDT on June 21, Nintendo is offering discounts on some of its most popular games as a special treat for fans.

My Nintendo members who are signed in will also get a special bonus if they buy select games included in the sale. Anyone who hasn’t signed up for My Nintendo yet is encouraged to do so now to avoid the E3 rush. To get started with My Nintendo, follow these easy steps .

To get the bonus discount, My Nintendo members must link their Nintendo Account to their Nintendo Network ID and access Nintendo eShop on their device at least once before they make a purchase.

The discounted games can be purchased in Nintendo eShop or at http://e3.nintendo.com . Unfortunately, the titles that will be on sale have not yet appeared but we’ll update you when they are made available.

Nintendo will be at E3 this year to showcase Zelda Wii U with the first live gameplay footage and details for the upcoming Zelda title.
