The latest trailer for Bandai Namco’s fighting game, One Piece: Burning Blood showcases some of the fighters players can choose from including some old favorites.
Chomper, Marco, Sengoku and X Drake are all included in Burning Blood’s roster and the latest trailer shows what they can really do. The below trailer starts off with a skit, but the actual gameplay footage can be found at the 1:20 mark.
Once the gameplay footage of Burning Blood actually starts, it runs down the different fighters and details their fighting styles starting with Marco. He has tricky movements that are difficult to read but he’s a speedy and technical fighter that specializes in mid-air combat.
Sengoku is a multi-faceted fighter. He can keep his distance between him and the enemy and call in for strikes to blow up his surroundings. He can also transform into the giant Buddha statue to crush enemies with full power if you’re more inclined to fight up close and personal.
Chopper can use his Form Change ability to switch into various forms, which have different advantages for various situations. He also has the ability to recover health of party members, which can be super useful in this three-team battle system.
X Drake dual-wields his mace and sword as part of his basic attacks, but he can turn into a giant dinosaur, dealing massive damage to his opponents.
One Piece: Burning Blood releases April 21 in Japan and on May 31 in North America.
