A new update is now available for Outriders. Some of its highlights include a change to the Devastator’s Impale skill and a fix to prevent players from reviving others after using the Trickster’s Borrowed Time.
The Devastator’s Impale skill has been changed. Whenever an enemy is completely impaled, the system will now deem the target as dead even though the body hasn’t fully disappeared yet. This can help you to immediately take advantage of the zone an impaled enemy creates, granting you armor and health regeneration for several seconds.
Whenever you use Borrowed Time to teleport into an area to revive your allies, there is a bug preventing you from doing so. If you are a Trickster main, you know how this can be bothersome to you and your party. Thankfully, the developers at Square Enix have fixed this.
Another notable bug that was resolved in this update is the issue where the matchmaking privacy would default to “open” even if you set it to “closed.” This fix will hopefully reduce AFK matchmaking, where people you are teamed up with will just stand still and do nothing.
