The Pokémon Sun and Moon demo has leaked a lot of information from the Gen 7 games ahead of their November release. As more time passes, more information will be found inside the coding of the demo. Now the entire list of TMs has been found.
And included in that list is more confirmation that HMs will no longer be a thing in Sun and Moon.

According to data mined information regarding TMs in Sun and Moon, Waterfall, Fly and Surf will be the only HMs remaining in Sun and Moon . However, they will be changed to TMs.
The leaked data also gives the entire list of all 100 TMs in Sun and Moon. We won’t post the list here, but some highlights of the list are:
The TMs from ORAS remain the same except for a few changes.
Incinerate, Flash and Retaliate will be replaced by brand new Sun and Moon attacks.
Power Up Punch is no longer a TM (bye bye Mega Kangaskhan).
Leech Life is now a TM (maybe a significant buff is imminent).
The data also revealed how many Z-Moves are in the game. There are 29 total Z-Moves, with 18 being type-based and 11 being Pokémon-specific moves, like Snorlax’s Pulverizing Pancake.
So far we know that Snorlax, Pikachu, Alola Raichu and Eevee will each receive their own Z-Move. That leaves seven more Pokémon to receive a special Z-Move.
Pokémon Sun and Moon will release Nov. 18.
